Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

More images made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
